An integral part of the Asian art scene since 2004, Archana Gallery, located in Kuala Lumpur, is dedicated to promoting and showcasing artists from across the region.
Art as we know, does not confine itself to any boundaries. Whilst cultural, social and political trends influence the art of a region, creativity remains unconfined and limitless. In our quest to promote innovative and emerging talent from across the world, we have featured works by leading and upcoming Indian, Sri Lankan, Korean, French and Malaysian artists in a variety of media including paintings, tapestry, ceramics and sculpture.
As a result of the global art boom, acquisition is breaking across geographical and cultural boundaries; Thai and Indonesian art finding their way into India, Indian art bursting into art scenes everywhere from New York and Paris to Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong, and Malaysian artists quickly gaining ground and regard all over the world.
To help make art more accessible and thus appreciated, the gallery has hosted and continues to organize talks and special events. Archana Gallery aims to popularize and introduce visually stirring art from across the world to a global audience.
